Qualified third-party billing arrangements will protect your enrollment on the payment deadline.

赌钱app可以微信提现 will bill your tuition and fees directly to an outside agency or organization, such as your employer, the military, an educational trust or a government agency.

The Bursar's office must receive the appropriate authorization before the payment deadline. It is your responsibility to ensure any authorization forms are received on time.

Spring 2025

A new authorization is required each semester. A third-party authorization needs to include the following:

  • Student name
  • Student ID number
  • Company name
  • Email and contact info of who will be receiving the invoice
  • Amount they are covering
  • Term or dates they are covering
  • Any stipulations

After authorization is received, a hold will be placed on the student's account which allows third-party billing to take responsibility for the account. This hold will prevent any unpaid balance holds before billing has occurred; however, it will not prevent you from registering for future semesters. The semester balance will remain on the student's account until the billing process takes place. Billing for third-party will take place before the following semester dates:

  • Fall- October 15
  • Spring- April 1
  • Summer- July 1

If you have a third-party sponsor who has agreed to pay for your books, using third-party book vouchers is a convenient option. Authorized book vouchers will be available in the 赌钱app可以微信提现 Bookstore (located on the first floor of the Student Center) according to the dates below.

Spring 2025 Authorized Book Voucher Availability

  • If an authorization is received by Thursday, January 2, 2025, your book voucher will be available after 10 a.m. on Friday, January 3, 2025, unless restricted by Financial Aid.
  • If an authorization is received after Thursday, January 2, 2025, your book voucher will be available in the 赌钱app可以微信提现 Bookstore after 10 a.m. on the next business day, unless restricted by Financial Aid.
  • If you are required to use financial aid funds first, Third-Party will not have a book voucher available until financial aid funds have been exhausted.

The last day to use Spring 2025 book vouchers is Friday, January 31, 2025. All books and/or supplies, including books for late-start classes, must be purchased by this date.

  • If your funding is not guaranteed, your charges will be covered by your financial aid. Once your third-party funding is received, any remaining financial aid will be refunded to you.
  • If your third-party requires aid to be used, your financial aid will be utilized, prior to any third-party billing.

Third-party sponsors can pay invoices online with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card.

Have your invoice ready to enter:

  • Amount of your payment
  • Your company name
  • Your company ID #
  • Your invoice #

Pay a Student Account Directly

Students or their authorized users can pay tuition online or directly.

Agencies or organizations that require a course to be completed before they authorize payment are tuition reimbursement programs. 赌钱app可以微信提现 cannot defer tuition payments for students who receive reimbursement directly from an employer or other party. Students who participate in those programs will need to make payment arrangements according to the financial responsibility statement.
